Overview

Divan: Sadrazam ("the App") is developed by rakuappdigital. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the App and by which services.

Data We Do NOT Collect Ourselves

rakuappdigital does not directly collect, store, or transmit any personal data to its own servers. Specifically:

No account registration required
No personal information collected by us
No location data
No first-party analytics or tracking

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional purchases (Full Version unlock and in-game currency) processed through Apple's App Store and managed with RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes purchase and subscription-entitlement data (such as anonymized purchase history and device identifiers) to verify your purchases across sessions. RevenueCat does not receive your payment details — these are handled entirely by Apple.

Advertising

The App offers an optional "Second Chance" feature that lets you watch a rewarded video ad, served by Google AdMob. To show ads, AdMob may collect and use the advertising identifier (IDFA), device information, and general usage data for ad delivery, frequency capping, and (if you allow tracking) ad personalization.

On first launch, iOS will ask for your permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, you may still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on activity from other apps or websites. Watching ads is always optional — declining tracking or skipping ads does not restrict any other part of the game.

Game Center

If you choose to sign in, the App may use Apple's Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. This is handled entirely by Apple under its own privacy policy; rakuappdigital does not receive your Game Center data.

Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

Game progress and save state
High scores and achievements
Game settings and preferences

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Third-Party Services Used

Google AdMob (rewarded advertising)
RevenueCat (in-app purchase management)
Apple Game Center (optional leaderboards/achievements)

Your Choices

You can change your App Tracking Transparency permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can also request restoration or removal of any purchase-related data by contacting Apple or RevenueCat directly, or by reaching out to us below.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The App contains no user-generated content or social features. Advertising shown to all users is limited to non-personalized ads unless tracking is explicitly authorized.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
